Professional and friendly. I always service my car at Honda of New Rochelle although I live 2 minutes from Yonkers Honda service center. The professionalism of the service managers and technicians is at high level. The sales department also helped me make the right decision at best price without forcing me to decide. I asked for time to consider and they actually encouraged me to go back and do the research because the way the salesman Lenny put it “I’d rather have a satisfied customer and not close a sale today, than selling you the car today and have you unhappy”.
