Pleasurable new car lease experience I accompanied my aunt to visit Honda of NR for a lease quote on a new 2015 Honda CR-V Touring. She had already visited a Honda dealership in the Bron I accompanied my aunt to visit Honda of NR for a lease quote on a new 2015 Honda CR-V Touring. She had already visited a Honda dealership in the Bronx and I suggested Honda of NR for comparison. Mehdi Hjiaj was the salesperson who assisted my aunt. He was professional and courteous and while it took a little back and forth to get the "best price", it was done in a non-pressured manner. After my aunt went back to the bronx dealership to get further confirmation on their really low monthly lease payment, it was determined that it was incorrect since sales tax was not calculated into the payment. It was a difference of $10 per month more than Honda of NR, but Mehdi explained how his quote was arrived at. He also offered one year of complimentary scheduled maintenance which the other dealership did not offer. At the time of pick-up he gave my aunt a thorough explanation of all the features, which many new cars today have. He also offered my aunt the opportunity to come by for a refresher "tutorial". Throughout the process he spoke to both my aunt and myself as though we were one. Obviously, if I decide to buy a new or used Honda he felt it would be good practice to leave a favorable impression. He was very attentive and answered all my questions. He took the time out to explain everything I needed to know about the new 2016 Hondas. He made my buying process so much easier and I am grateful for that. He never pressured me into anything. He truly caters to his customers, and made me comfortable throughout the whole process. He answered all my phone calls and emails in a timely manner (sometimes quicker than I expected). Even after purchasing my car he called to make sure I was okay with my car. I appreciated that, because sometimes other companies don't follow up but Honda of NR and Mehdi did! I would definitely recommend this location to anybody looking to buy a car.
