Sales done right. I decided to lease my first (new) car from Honda of New Rochelle and the whole experience exceeded my expectations by far. Mr.Gomez, who was the sales champion to approach me while I was browsing the lot, worked magic to make my purchase happen today. Despite my not-so-good credit rating and my 101 questions, he was patient with me the whole way through and always answered my question directly without twisting my words or trying to deviate me away from my concerns. I walked in there thinking that they won't even accept my handshake due to my poor credit rating, but walked out with keys in hand and KNOWING I made all the right decisions in terms of negotiating and getting the vehicle I want without any lingering regrets. Mr. Gomez and his whole team, as well as the dealership is PROFESSIONAL from top to bottom without any of the awkwardness. I understood why they were rated so well on Yelp, Google reviews and Edmunds, Easy Peasy. I can't say much about the other sales pros, but I'd recommend Mr.Gomez any day for anyone purchasing a vehicle, even if you're not sure, as he was honest in his opinions and the process the whole way through. No shady tactics, no cheesy sales pitch and best of all, NO PRESSURE. I'm definitely going back when my lease is up. 5 stars all around. Thanks again! More

My car was in the dealership 5 times for the same problem, and when I said I was not happy, and I would not recommend Honda to anyone, Sand made sure this would not happen and told her mechanics to do whatever they needed to get to the bottom of the problem. I week later she called me and told me that it was fixed and they needed to replace the battery. If I could giver her a 100% satisfactory I would give her a 200% because She's a fighter.
