My car was in the dealership 5 times for the same problem, and when I said I was not happy, and I would not recommend Honda to anyone, Sand made sure this would not happen and told her mechanics to do whatever they needed to get to the bottom of the problem. I week later she called me and told me that it was fixed and they needed to replace the battery. If I could giver her a 100% satisfactory I would give her a 200% because She's a fighter. Service Problems The service department is awful. Called in about a recall part, took two months and eight phone calls for them to finally get the part in. Call any other Honda service center and you are bound to get better service. More
