It smells like urine and was so dirty that I waited outside with my two children while I was waiting for an oil change. They tell me that I needed new rear rotors and brakes And quoted me $800. I told them not to touch my car.. I then went to Honda Service in Yonkers where,mind you, my $650 pre paid maintenance package ( where you pay because it's "synthetic oil " for two years of service) was not even honored- how does a thirty five dollar oil change equal $650 for two years.. I'm not a cab... Got screwed with that) anyway, I ended up paying around $600 for all that work ( instead of new rotors they could cut them) plus more at Yonkers. I will eat the $650 but believe me I would never go back to New Rochelle again and advise others not to either. They are not honest mechanics and rip their customers off. They simply do not care! I do have to say that the finance department was great there though. More

More than 3 hours for an oil change in Express Service! Terrible service, waited too long to get an oil change. It seems like they didn't take good care of the car since the car was not purchased from this Terrible service, waited too long to get an oil change. I came back in the front desk after 2 hours and the car is still park right where I left it..I've requested for a tire rotation since the car was more than 15,000 miles, however, the front desk said it didn't need a tire rotation and everything else looks good. Definitely not going back. More

My older uncle was buying a car and wanted a 2 door Civic. Ivan showed him how it would be hard to get the seat belts on in a two door car and showed him the four door model, which we purchased. Ivan did not try to oversell a car to an older gentleman which was so refreshing. He also offered to help my uncle with after purchase issues so that my uncle will not have any warranty problems. You should have no hesitation going to this dealership and absolutely ask for Ivan's assistance. More

Over the years, I've personally bought a 2002, 2004, 2007, 2010 and 2011 CR-Vs and sent family members, friends & co-workers here. None of us has ever been disappointed. David Lartey did everything possible to keep me in a Honda This is my second lease from HNR.... I first went to HNR back in 2012 while price shopping a CRV. I was assigned to David Lartey and by the end of the This is my second lease from HNR.... I first went to HNR back in 2012 while price shopping a CRV. I was assigned to David Lartey and by the end of the discussion, I had leased a new CRV at a very competitive price. Unfortunately, I lost my job about a year ago and wasn't able to immediately lease another vehicle. When I finally landed a new position, I went to see David. I made it clear that I wanted to stay with Honda but earned less at my new job, so he needed to sharpen the pencil. David put me in a CRV and shaved the monthly payment. During my unemployment, my credit rating took a dip, but Finance Manager Tinu Thomas got me approved as tier 1 through Honda Financial. Just like in 2012, David pointed out all the features and conveniences of the vehicle. We road tested the vehicle and he took me to the storage lot so that I could see the available colors. On delivery day, David sat with me in my new vehicle and showed me where all the buttons were, how to program the stereo, link my bluetooth phone, where the spare is located and other bells and whistles. Knowing my situation, he got he dealership to throw in the protection package for free. I expect that I'll be seeing David and HNR for my next Honda as well. More
