More than 3 hours for an oil change in Express Service! Terrible service, waited too long to get an oil change. It seems like they didn't take good care of the car since the car was not purchased from this Terrible service, waited too long to get an oil change. I came back in the front desk after 2 hours and the car is still park right where I left it..I've requested for a tire rotation since the car was more than 15,000 miles, however, the front desk said it didn't need a tire rotation and everything else looks good. Definitely not going back. More

My older uncle was buying a car and wanted a 2 door Civic. Ivan showed him how it would be hard to get the seat belts on in a two door car and showed him the four door model, which we purchased. Ivan did not try to oversell a car to an older gentleman which was so refreshing. He also offered to help my uncle with after purchase issues so that my uncle will not have any warranty problems. You should have no hesitation going to this dealership and absolutely ask for Ivan's assistance. More

David Lartey did everything possible to keep me in a Honda This is my second lease from HNR.... I first went to HNR back in 2012 while price shopping a CRV. I was assigned to David Lartey and by the end of the This is my second lease from HNR.... I first went to HNR back in 2012 while price shopping a CRV. I was assigned to David Lartey and by the end of the discussion, I had leased a new CRV at a very competitive price. Unfortunately, I lost my job about a year ago and wasn't able to immediately lease another vehicle. When I finally landed a new position, I went to see David. I made it clear that I wanted to stay with Honda but earned less at my new job, so he needed to sharpen the pencil. David put me in a CRV and shaved the monthly payment. During my unemployment, my credit rating took a dip, but Finance Manager Tinu Thomas got me approved as tier 1 through Honda Financial. Just like in 2012, David pointed out all the features and conveniences of the vehicle. We road tested the vehicle and he took me to the storage lot so that I could see the available colors. On delivery day, David sat with me in my new vehicle and showed me where all the buttons were, how to program the stereo, link my bluetooth phone, where the spare is located and other bells and whistles. Knowing my situation, he got he dealership to throw in the protection package for free. I expect that I'll be seeing David and HNR for my next Honda as well. More

Honda CR-V I haven't bought a new car in many years. I researched reviews for Honda dealerships and found that New Rochelle got good reviews. I went there and I haven't bought a new car in many years. I researched reviews for Honda dealerships and found that New Rochelle got good reviews. I went there and David Lartey was assigned to help me. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He was not pushy or aggressive but just the opposite, professional and very courteous. He explained all the bells and whistles of the new car and patiently explained them all to me and even helped to program information from my phone. It was a good experience and I would highly recommend David as a salesperson. I am very pleased with my new Honda CR-V. More

I actually just left the dealership approximately 30 minutes ago and did not want to delay in writing this to you. I have been looking for several months for a car, going back and forth either to lease or buy a used car. My sister had leased a CRV from New Rochelle and recommended I talk to David because she had a great experience as well. What a breath of fresh air!!!!! I had been dealing with other dealers for several months now and I really was becoming discouraged. Not only did they not listen to what I was saying but I was so tired of the run around and telling me one thing on the phone just to get me through the doors of their dealership, just to tell me something else when I got there or the car I wanted was not there now. So my sister called David, he heard what I wanted, said he could help, to come in. Of course I was hesitant because of my experiences, but he assured me he could produce! Again, a breath of fresh air!!! He had the paperwork ready, no nonsense, cut to the chase, gave me the bottom line, and I have the car that I have been praying for! Thank you Honda, thank you David.
