I'll be back To Whom it May Concern, I was on the quest for a new Honda Accord LX. I had explored other dealerships with in my area and was turned off. I had gave a call to Honda of New Rochelle asking how I would go about test driving the Honda Accord LX. The young lady said come on in and will get you set up with a test drive and I had done just that. I had gone in one day after work and asked for a test drive I was partnered with David and he greeted me. He is so humble and kind I knew in my head I was going to lease my new Honda with him. Through out the test drive he was so knowledgeable and informed me of all the details the car had, never being pushy to make a deal. I had questions and all had been answered. I felt very informed and welcomed. About a week and a half later I had gone in to make the deal. David was super patient and gave me time to think and confirm the information that we discussed. Phil my Financial Manager was great and made me feel confident in my choice. A few hours later I was in my new car! Super excited! I know we all have expectations and budgets when going into a dealership the teams optimistic attitude made me feel secure in my choice to proceed and drive out with the car that day. We were greeted by Jose Gomez who was more than happy to assist us. Although many sales persons are polite and courteous, Mr. Gomez was genuinely concerned about our new car needs, and budget. In addition, Jose effectively conveyed the options available to us without over reaching, or over selling. Furthermore, Jose Gomez was respectful and knowledgeable. Most importantly, the information he provided us with was accurate. Needless to say, my wife and I drove away with a 2015 Civic SI. More

He was such a pleasure to work with; anyone visiting or just looking for a salesperson that will go above and beyond your expectations I would recommend seeing Natahan. That wasn't all, I was then introduced to Tinu Thomas the finance manager who worked on getting me the best deal. I expected much less and received so much more from my lease deal. A dealership experience unlike anything I've ever had! I visited Honda of New Rochelle about one month ago to take a preliminary look at buying or leasing a new car. While I had intended to go with a CR-V, I visited Honda of New Rochelle about one month ago to take a preliminary look at buying or leasing a new car. While I had intended to go with a CR-V, the new HR-V caught my eye. After a minute or so, salesman Ivan Chavez approached me. His easygoing, patient, and low-key approach immediately impressed me. He was helpful and quite knowledgeable about this new Honda offering, but respected my wishes to proceed slowly. Not for one moment did I feel any pressure from him. The next time I returned for a test drive, after which Ivan sat down with me to talk about leasing v. buying, and the possibility of trading in my old Accord. He quickly had my car assessed. About a week later, I returned for a serious talk. I'd checked out several other Honda dealerships in the area, and none came close to offering me the service that Ivan and the rest of the staff at Honda of New Rochelle did. That evening, much to my surprise, I drove home with a brand new HR-V. The haggling, hidden fees, and deceptive practices I had experienced at other dealers during past leases/purchases never materialized! Everyone at Honda of New Rochelle was pleasant, up front, and helpful. I still find it hard to believe that a car-leasing experience could be as easy and enjoyable as this one was. A special shout out to Ivan Chavez, who assisted me every step of the way. I am now Honda of New Rochelle's biggest fan and will recommend them (and Ivan) to anyone I know who is looking for a new Honda. More

Pleasant and honest, no "hard sell". After an accident totaled our car, we decided that, since we needed something rather quickly, we would lease. She let us know that a promotion was coming up in a few days so we could get the best deal. If she didn't know the answer to one of our questions she went and asked. There was no "hard sell" or pressure to get something more expensive, just a description of what each level of car included. Our only complaint was the $450 disposition fee tacked on to be paid at the end of the lease. Apparently all car dealers have this, but it is never delineated in any of the ads. If it is not to be printed in any of the ads, it should be mentioned, especially to first-time lessees, before the contract is ready to be signed. More

I visited the dealership many times as I was undecided about which model vehicle I wanted, and I was new to leasing. David always dedicated time to me; and never made me feel pressured. David is intelligent and very knowledgeable about Honda vehicles, and leasing terms and conditions. He thoroughly answered all my questions and carefully explained all the provisions in the documents I had to sign. And, David also took the time to explain to me how to use all the features of the vehicle. I am not an easy customer to please, and I can honestly say that David exceeded my expectations.
