I had the pleasure of working with Ben Thomas, who was knowledgeable, friendly, honest and fair. In a short time, we had my new CR-V picked out and started working on the application. Ben and the finance manager, Alexis, were both terrific. They turned a potentially stressful situation into an enjoyable one. I felt that I could trust them, the process was streamlined and simple, and I went home confident that I received a fair deal. I will definitely be returning to Ben and Alexis when we are ready for our next car, and I highly suggest that anyone in the market for a Honda do the same. I got a quote from a Honda dealer nearby for a Honda Civic 2015 that I thought was high, and was definitely higher than I could pay. So I consider myself very lucky to have found David Lartey of Honda of New Rochelle, recommended to me by my friend who had bought a car from David in the past and had recently sought help from him in leasing Hondas for his two daughters. I called David, told him exactly what I wanted, and asked him straight out, "what's the best deal you can give me?" Sure enough, the quote was considerably lower than the first one I had found. When I went in to meet with him the next day, I half expected the price to have been raised a little for one reason or another. Not only did I get the car for price quoted on the phone, however, but David was kind and patient, explaining everything about the specifications of the car--and worked extra hard to get me the color I wanted. If you are thinking about getting a Honda, don't think about getting it from anyone but David. More
