The customer service experience at Honda New Rochelle helped me to make the decision of buying a certified Pre-Owned Honda Pilot. Javier Figueroa took the time to listen to the type of car I needed and showed me all the details on the car without rushing or pushing the sale. Once I decided to purchase the car Javier, Sal and the manager showed me the warranty options and did not assume we needed or wanted this. They discussed everything thoroughly so we could make a decision based on what we needed. When we purchased the car it was late and the car needed it's inspection and Javier drove the car to our house the next day. The customer service was amazing! Let me also say that the car was priced much lower than the other dealerships and it is in great shape. I would definitely recommend this dealership!
