David also ensured the vehicle was ready for us in a timely manner and followed up with us after a few days to make sure everything was OK. Great President's Day Experience My wife and I went to Honda of NR in the beginning of President's Day weekend to buy a 2015 CR-V and lease a 2015 Odyssey. We test drove the CR-V back My wife and I went to Honda of NR in the beginning of President's Day weekend to buy a 2015 CR-V and lease a 2015 Odyssey. We test drove the CR-V back on Black Friday and were deciding between the CR-V and the Subaru Forrester or Outback. After months of research and the decision to also upgrade our Odyssey and talking to the other Honda dealerships in the area, we ultimately went back to Deb at Honda of NR, and she was able to meet our price point and answer all of our questions. We have used Honda of NR as a service center for many years, but this was the first time buying from the dealership. I would definitely recommend both to a friend. More

Very positive experience with no sales pressure. I went to Honda of New Rochelle in February, 2015 to test drive the 2015 Honda Accord Coupe. It was my first day of car shopping in over 20 years (no I went to Honda of New Rochelle in February, 2015 to test drive the 2015 Honda Accord Coupe. It was my first day of car shopping in over 20 years (not counting visits to the NY Autoshow just to look at cars). I had been avoiding this task because the process of buying a car has been known to be full of hard sells, unpleasantness and stress. Making the wrong decision can be a very expensive mistake. I am happy to report that my car buying experience at Honda of New Rochelle was jut the opposite – a very positive. I was greeted by David Lartey who simply asked me what I was interested in looking at. After talking with him about the Accord coupe we went out on a test drive even though it was late on a Sunday. Another dealership I had been to earlier in the day would not allow a test drive on a Sunday even if they had a tester in the model I was interested in (they did not). Before we started the test drive David took the time to explain all of the cars features to me in great detail, answering any questions that I had asked. He was very knowledgeable and easy to speak with. No one was more surprised than me when I walked out of the dealership that evening having put a deposit down after negotiating a fair price. When I called him early in the week he returned my call on his day off. He then called me during the week to give me a status. He took care of the DMV paperwork and called my insurance company to notify them of the change in my policy. One week after walking into the dealership I came back to take delivery. A couple of days later David called me to see how things were going and to find out if I had any additional questions. The entire process was pain-free and hassle-free. I can recommend visiting this dealership to anyone interested in buying a Honda and specifically to ask for David Lartey. More
