I had previously visited other Honda dealerships to negotiate the best deal on a lease, but David came through in the end with the best deal possible for my needs. David made me feel very comfortable. He was extremely courteous and helpful in my experience. He doesn't haggle and he doesn't play games, unlike other unpleasant experiences I have had with other dealers in the past. He was realistic and straightforward in his approach to getting me the best possible deal and this was just one of the many points that I admired about him. He also explained things very clearly. For example, how to use the rearview camera. Another point that I would like to make about David is that I was very impressed by his warm and caring attitude to make sure everything was perfect.
