From the beginning they were horrible to work with - they were rude, pushy and made so many mistakes. We were kept waiting for several hours on multiple visits and were generally jerked around. The only reason I bought the car from them is that they had the lowest price around -- If I could have afforded to spend a little bit more money to be treated like a human being, I would have gone somewhere else. I will never recommend this place to ANYONE. My only comfort is that I never have to go back there again, I will always do my servicing somewhere else. Every interaction with them was horrible - they even changed the price of the car on the invoice after we had agreed to a lower price - Look at everything you sign very closely, they are not to be trusted. Do yourself a favor, go to another Honda dealership. More

David listens well and does what he can to complete the process so both sides of the transaction are satisfied. This was my first experience of working with Mo Hoosein and he was a pleasure to work with in securing the lease financing. They put together a deal that was second to none and helped my final decision. With this team there was no pressure but absolute guidance and technical assistance. I explained to them what I wanted and they delivered overwhelmingly. They helped in a business and friendly manner. Despite working with this team there was technical assistance with other people in there to reinforce my knowledge of the vehicle's operation. I touched base with many dealerships and this was the place I would go back to based on the salesmanship. This was a home run. I strongly recommend this location. More

From the minute I walked into the Honda of New Rochelle dealership, David Lartey gave my father and I the best advice, service, and deal. He went through all of our options, was patient with all of our questions, and really made me feel at ease with the big decision I had to make about which car to lease. He was quick at responding, returned call and emails, and had my new car ready and waiting only a few days after we first came into the store. He brought me into my new car, and patiently answered all of my questions as he showed me all the features of my new car! The staff was very patient with all the questions I had, and I didn't feel like I was being forced into any of the decisions I made. It started with seeing a vehicle I was interested in online and submitting a request for information. I received a response from Erika Garcia, who was friendly and informative. The day of my appointment Leticia Perez called to confirm and make sure I had all the information I needed. Upon arrival I immediately met with Cesar Urquiola, who was welcoming, patient (listened to all of my concerns and questions to make sure that I was getting what I needed with the vehicle I was there to check out). I then worked with Carlos Santana to secure financing - and he took the time to orchestrate something that was right for me and my budget requirements. Overall it was a great experience and I will continue to recommend Honda of New Rochelle to anyone who asks :) More

I was immediately approached by two friendly service per;sonel who made every effort to expidite my inspection visit. Particularly TONI WRIGHT, who went out of his way to make sure I was properly taken care of. he explained what was going to be done, how much it cost and the approximate time it would take. And I was expertly taken care of. The added bonus was a manicure which I received by an expert manicurist named TINA while I awaited my car; that it was free of charge was an added bonus. All in all, a great morning. Please notify Bill Calucci, the service manager of this particular facility, of my positive experience. The addition of a manicurist while awaiting one's car is a "stroke of genius." How about adding a massage chair in addition to the manicure? That would really be even greater. More

Upon meeting David, we asked for the dealer’s best price for a 2014 Accord EX-L and he provided it without th new car a very pleasurable experience. Upon meeting David, we asked for the dealer’s best price for a 2014 Accord EX-L and he provided it without the usual hassle (normally associated with the car buying experience). He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and was able to relate well with us. He really facilitated the deal by going the “extra mile” in locating the color that we desired for the Accord. Most importantly, he did not forget about us after the sale. After driving the newly purchased car home, we smelled an unusual odor. We called David, and he immediately advised us to drive back to Honda of New Rochelle in order for him to diagnose the problem. When we arrived at the dealer, he proceeded to drive the car to make sure an issue did not exist. I would highly recommend David Lartey to anyone seeking to purchase a new car from Honda of New Rochelle. More
