When my car was finished mike let know that my car was ready ,I walked to the the counter to pay I said bye and got in my car.. When I turned my car on I noticed that my tire pressure was on so I went back inside annoyed at this time because I had just finished getting a 40$ oil change and if it was a problem with my tire pressure it should of been addressed. Luis came outside and asked what was the problem as if he had a attitude and asked me well where is your receipt, so I looked at him and said my receipt what do you need it for, he said do you have it or not and I said of course I do.. At that time I didnt appreciate the way he was talking to me so I snatched my receipt from him and said I do not want you to help me, Luis then turned to me and said oh well im incharge over here. Things at that point escalated to another level where he was in my face pointing and shouting at me. We were both at that point calling each other names. I think that Luis needs to be trained in customer service and how to deal with customers if a problem should arise. NO MAN SHOULD EVER BE IN ANY WOMANS FACE POINTING AND CARRYING ON LIKE THAT EVER WAS HE TRYING TO BE A BULLY BECAUSE I CLEARLY TOLD HIM I DID NOT WANT HIM TO HELP ME. More
I stopped into the Service center on Friday, Dec. 6th for a headlight that was out. I was a little annoyed, since I had it replaced at the Honda center across the street. However, Mike took care of thi a headlight that was out. I was a little annoyed, since I had it replaced at the Honda center across the street. However, Mike took care of things and had his technicians fix the problem. As I waited I was treated to a complementary manicure from Tina. I have to say I've never had such a great experience. Tina was wonderful, and I had a great time being pampered that I ended up asking Mike if he could have my Honda's oil changed as I was waiting. I am truly impressed with the customer service that Mike provides, in today's day it's becoming a lost art. The idea to have a manicurist as personable as Tina on staff is quite smart. Overall, it was a great experience. My car was fixed and I left with nice nails. More

We wanted to buy a new car and had zeroed down to Honda Accord Coupe. As I am very busy on weekdays and sometimes on Saturdays, Honda of New Rochelle was a great choice to explore as they are open on Sund Accord Coupe. Came home and worked on figures and yes, they looked good. We went back and finalized the deal. From very first moment to the point when we drove new car out, David was the helping shadow of ours. He was great and awesome all the time from proving details about car to owing the same. During the course, we interacted with Sajjad and found him very polite and professional guy. He made sure of great customer experience. Last but not least, Steve Khan from Finance Dept helped us through with all the finance thing. And all of this happened so smooth that I can not thank them much. Great work guys !!! More

Mr. Brusco also assisted us with the final part of the process, in which he presented us with the best leasing options available and seamlessly sign off the necessary paperwork. I went to Honda of New Rochelle to lease Honda Civic EX today as they said it is great deal only for one day. The offer they had is $149 per month with $0 Down and 10,000 miles per year. Here goes the who today as they said it is great deal only for one day. The offer they had is $149 per month with $0 Down and 10,000 miles per year. Here goes the whole story. I had my old that I wanted to trade-in and the dealer appraised i $500 for my trade-in but I wanted $1500 or else I said I'm not going to lease the car. And I wanted 12000 miles per year instead 10000 then the sales person said that will increase my monthly payment to $179 at that point I said I cannot do the lease. Then the sales person said he will talk to his manager and will see what he can do. He came back with new which is monthly payment will be at $150 for 12000 miles and the saving of around $1000 and told me to treat this as additional trade-in money so combining this and $500 will be $1500 for which I said OK. So, the only thing I have to pay is for tax, bank fees, registration fees, first month payment and tax and all this comes to around $1200 taking away $500 it will be $700 out of my pocket. Then he said to meet the finance guy Vincent. Vincent told me because of my excellent credit Honda finance is also ready to do the finance for the lease but for 1200 miles it will be $177 with incentive of $350 for disposition fees instead of other bank which charges $450 and also Honda gives $1000 damage waiver. I said no the deal then he asked how much more you are ready to pay I said if it is $152 then I'm ok, he said he has to check with the front desk and see what he can do and as usual back-forth negotiations the deal is finalized at $154.99. So far every thing is fine as all the terms almost remained the same. He prepared the lease contract and my mistake is I had no experience in lease contract terms they took advantage of in the contract he added $925 as capitalized cost reduction by which he got my monthly payment to $154.99 and he never explained this capitalized cost reduction, after coming I realized how they cheated me because my total out of pocket amount is $1582 and not $700 and this makes my car's trade-in value back to $500 and this is how they cheated, which I'm going to report HONDA and I never expected such a reputed dealer can do this.
