When I returned the second time to purchase my new car he made sure to find the best deal for us, took care of all of the insurance paperwork, and made sure that all of our questions were answered. Finally, when the car was ready he took the time to walk me through setting up my phone and bluetooth and making sure that I understood all of the functions of the car. Overall, this was a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend anyone interested in purchasing a Honda at this location to speak to David. More
There is a stereotype or connotation that many people characterize and associate with car sales people. It is usually not complementary. None of those supposed adjectives are not reflected toward Mr. D characterize and associate with car sales people. It is usually not complementary. This gentleman seems to possess the know-how in presenting the sale or lease of an automobile for the benefit of the consumer's needs, keeping in mind the economic structure of affordability. My wife and I were amazed at his overview of what we were looking for before we even asked any questions. Most of his information answered many of our inevitable questions. To summarize: Honesty - knowledge of product - thoroughness of detail - likeability and friendliness are some of the adjectives to describe Dave. In finalizing the deal, we must mention Ritesh Patel, the Sales Manager, who also understood our needs to consummate the transaction. I would of course recommend this agency and plan to again consult David when the need arises.. Some of the consumer friendly features which were present in the 2011 model are missing in this 2013 Civic, the narrower space to store CDs, the smaller storage spaces in the doors and the smaller console. I had an excellent experience at Honda of New Rochelle. By far the smoothest car transaction I've ever had. Here's my story: I knew the car I wanted (Odyssey) and had already done a test drive. So I w By far the smoothest car transaction I've ever had. Here's my story: I knew the car I wanted (Odyssey) and had already done a test drive. So I was serious about buying before going to New Rochelle. I did my research and got prices from 10+ Honda dealers in the NJ/PA/NY region (took me about a week via e-mail/phone/edmunds/etc. to get the numbers together). The original quote I got from New Rochelle via edmunds.com wasn't that competitive, so I wasn't originally planning on going with them, especially since it's over an hour away from where I live in NJ. Instead I had a plan to go to 3 dealerships in NJ that had given me the best price. The day before I was planning to the other dealers I get a call from David Morris, one of the Internet Sales guys at New Rochelle. He asked if I was still interested in purchasing an Odyssey and I told him I was. After some back and forth, he gave me their updated Internet price for the Odyssey and it was way better than the original quote I had received via edmunds.com. I was a little skeptical at first, because I had dealt with a number of other dealers that just told me straight lies to get me into their dealership (e.g. one dealer had given me a quote for the Odyssey LX instead of the EX-L which I had asked for. Several thousand dollars off invoice indeed was too goo to be true). So I wasn't convinced that the price they gave me over the phone wasn't too good to be true. I thought, maybe they were leaving out destination, or something. I mulled it over and called the dealership back just to verify they were quoting me the price for the right trim level and that it included destination. I got in touch with Sajjad Bhulyan one of the Sales Managers and he verified everything. So with that (and some positive reviews of the dealership on google and edmunds), I decided to take the trip up to New Rochelle and see if all was on the "up and up." To my pleasant surprise, everything they told me was true. Once I got up there Sajjad hooked me up with one of his guys Ben Johnson (great guy) and within an hour I had made the purchase. No haggling, no nonsense. It was a stark contrast to another dealer (in NJ) I had visited the night before who tried to sell me on some "mandatory" accessory package ($899) and other things. Literally, I kept looking out for ways in which New Rochelle might be sneaking in fees or something. But in the end, everything was legit and their price beat any of the other dealers I had received quotes from by at least $300 - $400 (combination of flex cash, low documentation fees, and just being able to offer the car at a good price). They didn't even try to give me the hard sell on the extended warranty of rust proofing which I was expecting. Bottom line: My take is this dealer is a no nonsense volume player. If you've done your homework and are serious about buying, this is the dealership for you. They'll give you more than a fair price because they have sales targets to hit. I realize that end of year timing had a lot to do with the price I got, but I would definitely do business with them again. It was certainly worth the hour drive up there. More

When my car was finished mike let know that my car was ready ,I walked to the the counter to pay I said bye and got in my car.. When I turned my car on I noticed that my tire pressure was on so I went back inside annoyed at this time because I had just finished getting a 40$ oil change and if it was a problem with my tire pressure it should of been addressed. Luis came outside and asked what was the problem as if he had a attitude and asked me well where is your receipt, so I looked at him and said my receipt what do you need it for, he said do you have it or not and I said of course I do.. At that time I didnt appreciate the way he was talking to me so I snatched my receipt from him and said I do not want you to help me, Luis then turned to me and said oh well im incharge over here. Things at that point escalated to another level where he was in my face pointing and shouting at me. We were both at that point calling each other names. I think that Luis needs to be trained in customer service and how to deal with customers if a problem should arise. NO MAN SHOULD EVER BE IN ANY WOMANS FACE POINTING AND CARRYING ON LIKE THAT EVER WAS HE TRYING TO BE A BULLY BECAUSE I CLEARLY TOLD HIM I DID NOT WANT HIM TO HELP ME. More
I stopped into the Service center on Friday, Dec. 6th for a headlight that was out. I was a little annoyed, since I had it replaced at the Honda center across the street. However, Mike took care of things and had his technicians fix the problem. As I waited I was treated to a complementary manicure from Tina. I have to say I've never had such a great experience. Tina was wonderful, and I had a great time being pampered that I ended up asking Mike if he could have my Honda's oil changed as I was waiting. I am truly impressed with the customer service that Mike provides, in today's day it's becoming a lost art. The idea to have a manicurist as personable as Tina on staff is quite smart. Overall, it was a great experience. My car was fixed and I left with nice nails. More
