I brought a friend who needed a reliable car to Honda of New Rochelle. She was apprehensive to the whole car buying experience and wanted me to be the lead in making decisions. I have dealt with Lenny Canora once before here and had a positive experience that time (even thought I did not buy a car at that time) with him. I remembered that Lenny was not pushy or in my face when I was there before. He actually gave me great advice and told me to shop around other places before making my decision. He never hounded me afterwards as some other dealerships do. Later after talking about this to another person who bought from Honda of New Rochelle he dealt with Lenny too and he was very happy with him. With all that said this past Saturday we went in around 1 pm to and dealt with Lenny. He was attentive,friendly, listened to what my friends needs were. We were looking at the 2013 Civic. He got the keys and off we went for a test drive. Lenny explained the features and then just let us enjoy the drive. When we got back to the dealership we explained our financial situation and should we buy new or used. He gave us all our options and prices for a used Civic we saw too. It ended up that the deal he gave us on the New 2013 Civic just could not be beat. He did not push us or put any pressure just gave us the options and let us make the decision. Since we financed the car we had the next step of dealing with Mohamed. To be perfectly honest this is the part I was dreading because of the up-sale of warranties and add on products. My friends credit is not the best and Mohamed tried his best to get us a good rate. He worked at this hard and came up with a great way to save us money. WHAT?? at a car dealership you got to be kidding. It is the truth he actually saved us money by working some magic. Yes we opted for a extended warranty. Also getting the lo-jack system reduced saved us 15% on insurance. ($300 a year). It was a no brainer. The next question was when do you want the car by. I said today they said no problem. Again this is on a Saturday we walked in at 1pm test drove the car dealt with all of this and drove off the lot in a new car at 4:30pm. I know that Lenny made this all happen and Mohamed came through in the finance portion. I can not say enough how GREAT, FANTASTIC and EASY our experience with Lenny was. If you want to buy a new or used car look Lenny up you will not be disappointed. More

David was friendly and patient with me as I was buying my first vehicle. He was there to help throughout the whole process and made sure that I got a great deal. My wife and I used to own a 2007 Toyota Sienna. After several issues with the car and the service they provided, we decided we would not make that same mistake again. We carefully researched all the available options in the marketplace. The Honda Odyssey Elite was hands-down the best in class. The website was informative but you really need to actually sit in the car to make the proper judgement. Recalling may last experience, I was cautious. When I arrived at the dealership I was surprised at how comfortable it was to walk in to view the different Honda vehicles. The dealership seemed to be staffed by people who new they sold quality vehicles. There was no pressure at all. When I decided I needed to learn more about the Odyssey, I was quite fortunate to meet to David Lartey. He was professional, very well informed and comfortable to speak with. He was enthusiastic about the car and it showed. He took great care and time to show me the many features the Odyssey offered and was happy to answer all of my questions. After the test drive, the decision was made. When we sat down to discuss pricing and options, David again made the experience comfortable. This was a large and important decision for my family, David treated it as such and it was appreciated. The new models were just starting to be shipped. The wait time was expected to be 6 weeks. We were pleasantly surprised when David called 2 weeks later telling us the car had arrived, just in time for the family vacation made better by driving a brand new car. David carefully walked us through the next steps with our insurance company, change of title and payment. When I arrived to pick up the car after work, it was late but David was there to spend the time to help to show me the car features yet again. We both were laughing at the sophistication of the technology. David was tremendous. He is someone we would work with again and someone we would refer to others. More

I just wanted to thank everyone at Honda of New Rochelle especially salesman, Stefano Locicero. Stefano was very friendly and courteous. He contacted me a few days later regarding another vehicle in my price range so I stopped by to take a look. Although I didn't get that car I did purchase another one I truly wanted, a 2010 Honda Civic. Thanks Stefano for getting me into the car I wanted for a price I could comfortably afford. I would also like to thank Kenny Marerro who responded to my first email inquiry and was the initial reason why I stopped by Honda of New Rochelle. In the weeks that I spent looking for a car I went to several Honda dealers in Westchester County, but am happy that I ended up purchasing from Honda of New Rochelle. From the moment I walked in the environment was welcoming and never once did I feel pressured or pushed into purchasing something I wasn't 100% happy with. Not only this, but there was good coffee & donuts available for anyone to eat, private desk areas for those with laptops who may need to stay longer... I am more than impressed. I also noticed how the other service managers were treating the clients, and everyone seemed more than happy with the service.
