Two months ago, I brought a 2013 Honda Civic Coupe. Although I liked this car, it simply was not big enough for me and my two daughters who had recently returned from Japan. I went to Honda of New Rochelle with no great expectations. In fact, I expected to be disappointed with my trade in value and my choice of car options. Boy, was I wrong. Salesman, Joe Jacob, assisted me. He listened patiently to my story and made me feel at ease immediately. Not only did he get me a great price on my trade, he also helped me choose from a number of vehicles that I could afford. At no time did he try to "up sell" me. He stayed within my price range, helped me compare options and maintained a courteous, professional attitude while at the same time, havind a "down to earth" attitude. I didn't purchase immediately but came back with my husband that night to see the cars that Joe had recommended based on my needs. In the end, I made the decision to purchase a 4 door version of my 2013 Honda civic. it is beautiful. No more cramming my family into a small coupe and the color..beautiful!!!! The whole experience from beginning to end was great. No pressure, No muscle, just patient people who offer a great purchase experience.
