On July 2, 2013, I went to Honda of New Rochelle to Purchase a car. Mr. Ivan Chavez was our salesman. He went above & beyond for me. He showed me several cars. Mr. Nate Gray worked the financial part of the deal. It took hours of negotiating with the bank. He worked the financial payments for me. I left Honda with a deal that was a blessing. I was bringing in my Honda Fit to fix the fan which was still under warrantee, and Joe Amodeo made sure it got done swiftly. Since I am going to have my first child soon, I was curious about the buy-back still under warrantee, and Joe Amodeo made sure it got done swiftly. A few days later, my wife and I decided to come in and speak with Joe Jacob about the buy back and to take a look at a CR-V. Joe Jacob was very friendly and helpful. He took us for a test drive, gave us extensive information about the vehicle and the buy-back program, and ended up negotiating with us to arrive at a great price. Even though we were not planning on buying at that time, we ended up doing it because we had such a good experience. Steve Khan was very helpful in working out the financing aspect, including what down payment we should make to arrive at our desired weekly payment amount. Also, he helped us figure out which add-ons to get and how they would impact the payments. He also had all of our add-ons taken care of the very next day. More
