From the minute we spoke I already knew that he cared about our needs and that he would do everything in his power to ensure that we were satisfied. We knew what we wanted and what we wanted to spend. Within a few hours David was able to locate the exact car we wanted at the precise amount that was in our budget. I called him at 11am and by 7pm we drove out in our new vehicle. I was very impressed that David when I got into the vehicle and noticed that all my favorite radio stations were programmed into the car by David. For the first time in working with a car dealer, I felt that someone genuinely cared and listened. David heard when we expressed that we were Christians and he programmed all the Christian radio stations in XM, FM, and AM. David was extremely friendly! He's an asset to any company and I would definitely do business with him again. More

I came back to Honda of New Rochelle as a second time customer based on our positive dealing with David Lartey who sold me (leased) the first Honda two years ago. During our first purchase, I found David extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. These qualities made the car buying experience pleasant, which is not something I would say about other car salespeople and dealerships I dealt with in the past. There was never a question in my mind that I would go back to David at Honda of New Rochelle when I was ready for my next vehicle. I needed a new car because I started a new job back last September 2012, driving 170 miles a day between my home in Westchester County, New York and work location in mid- New Jersey, in excess of 25,000 miles on a yearly basis. Since my lease allowance was 12,000 miles annually I would most certainly exceed my total three-year lease mileage allowance. Several weeks ago, I contacted David about my situation and he said he could work with me to refinance and purchase a new car. David stayed in regular touch with me until I was ready to come in and work out a deal. Last Saturday I made an appointment with David and ended the day purchasing and driving out of the showroom with a new Honda CRV-Ex LP at great terms with financing at the special 0.9% interest rate for which I was qualified. As expected, David gave me excellent advice and service. He is a straight-shooter, educational, and answered (and anticipated) all of my questions patiently in a clear and easily understandable way. I also would like to recognize Sajjad for his dedication to customer satisfaction. I feel he went the extra mile for me to assure I got the best deal possible. While waiting for the vehicle to be prepared, he circled back to me several times to check on how I was doing and giving me progress reports. Because of the great service provided by David and Sajjad and satisfaction with my Honda CRV ownership experience, I plan on being a Honda customer for years to come. More

Going through Edmunds.com and truecar.com I received prices from 3 dealers, of which Honda of New Rochelle's was the best. They sent a clear email with the exact, specific guaranteed price, plus tax and dmv, both fixed fees. I contacted dealer to agree to terms, and was put in touch with Rudolph Bryant. Aside from a slight hiccup (I was told there was an additional $179 fee; upon reading them their own email, they quickly "waived" it). I can honestly say that was the only negative comment you will read here. They would be well served to re think this with future customers. Anyway, from that point, could not have been a better experience. Rudolph was a pleasure to work with, friendly, efficient, and a great emailer, which minimized conversation. Car arrived two days later, prepped beautifully. Rudolph did an outstanding job of explaining the vehicle, and its elaborate technology. We finished the process with business manager Nate, who was also quite nice, and very professional, and within an hour or so of arrival we drove away. Summation: I lived within walking distance to another dealer, but chose to drive 19 miles and over a bridge to purchase it here. Aside from that one little glitch, this dealer was fantastic, made an often painful process painless. They also appear to totally grasp the online purchase, more than I can say for some of their competitors, who responded with no price, and phone calls, the thing I was trying to avoid in the first place. I highly recommend this dealership, and Rudolph Bryant as your sales representative. More

We went in after a long day after work this past Friday and we picked up our new car, shiny, ready to go CRV with plates and insurance taken care of at 1am the next day. It was the fastest service and we received everything promised...really no hassle. Joseph explained the service available across the street and we were impressed that you can come in any day, no appointments needed with loner cars available if necessary. He even offered us lunch that was served on some Saturdays. Joseph was excellent at selling us the car that we wanted and took care of all the incidentals.
