I was looking at a car when he came over and asked if he could be of any service, I informed him I was just looking but would be appreciative of any information he could give me concerning the car.He spent time with me and asked if I would care to test drive. At first I said no ,as I didn't want to waste his time,he assured me it would be no problem. To make along story short..... I purchased the car that day!!!! Why you ask... Because Honda manufactures a GREAT CAR. and NEW ROCHELLE HONDA has a GREAT SALESMAN named TINU!!! He is caring, informative, possesses a great sense of humor, knows his product and is very honest and is not pushy!!! I would recommend New Rochelle Honda and especially Tinu ,without reservation to anyone I know who is purchasing a car.!! I feel as though I found a very good friend in Tinu. I contacted the dealership thru the internet. received an auto response Email back. I called the person on the E mail, Helen Sok, told her exactly what I was looking for, she said she was busy and would call auto response Email back. The next day I called her back, had to reintroduce myself to her, tell her again what I was looking for, she would check the availability again, and call me back. No call within 4 hours, so I called back. She said she was busy all day, but would check on it and call me back in 10 minutes. No phone call. I Emailed 4 times, and called 7 times to purchase a vehicle they had in stock. I should not have to work so hard to buy a car. I was able to call another dealership who showed the vehicle on Auto trader, and had it purchased within MINUTES!!!! More
