Honda of New Rochelle

I purchased a 2009 Honda CR-V EX from New Rochelle for an amazing price. After owning the vehicle for a couple of months and had my first oil service I was informed that the brake fluid needed to be changed. amazing price. The brake fluid should be changed every three years meaning the fluid should have been changed when I first purchased the car. I live roughly 4 hours from the dealership so it would have been extremely difficult for me to bring my car there to get serviced. New Rochelle had me get the service done at my local Honda dealership and covered the cost. I spoke with my local Honda dealer and they even told me "after being in the business they can't see a Honda dealer taking on that cost". Meaning my own local Honda dealer probably wouldn't have paid for someone to get their car serviced at another location. This was the right thing to do, and Honda of New Rochelle really stepped up and made sure that as a customer was taken care of. THANK YOU, its not even a question of where I will buy my next Honda. More

This is my 3rd car with Honda of New Rochelle. Honestly i tell everyone to go there. I have dealt with lots of dealers in the past and none have been as great as Honda of New Rochelle. I worked with Rudol tell everyone to go there. I have dealt with lots of dealers in the past and none have been as great as Honda of New Rochelle. I worked with Rudolph to get me a new Honda Pilot. He made everything so quick and easy. I think i was in and out in 25 minutes in the new car. From transferring plates to signing paperwork. And everything was exactly as we discussed. No games. Rudolph had tight communication at all times. Very professional. I very rarely write any internet reviews but the level of service and efficiency these guys operate at compelled me to write this review. Also the service department is perhaps the most efficient service department out of any dealership i have ever seen. You dont need an appointment for basic things like oil changes and they get you in and out very quickly. - Selection is the best in Westchester (Every time i bought a car they had it on the lot. I drove up from Long Island to look at a used CR-V. I had confirmed the evening before that it was available and Leslie Goins knew that I was interested in one specific vehicle and she had the Stock # and VI confirmed the evening before that it was available and Leslie Goins knew that I was interested in one specific vehicle and she had the Stock # and VIN #. Upon arriving, I was informed that the car had been sold late the night before (during a snow storm), but they had other CR-Vs to show me. I left the dealership, drove back to Long Island only to find out that the vehicle is STILL LISTED FOR SALE ON THEIR WEBSITE. Then then proceeded to call me to CONFIRM MY APPOINTMENT!!!! More
