During the storm, I went in to get my driver wiper blade fixed today by Mike Viglioffi. Mike was very helpful and fast. I went to browse for a new car only i had no intention of purchasing the car that day. However, I was introduced to Paul Mecca who helped me tremendously.Mr Mecca helped to choose a vehicle that would fit th purchasing the car that day. From the moment i spoke to Joe Jacob over the phone to the minute i walked out with my new review for any type of service but this is an exception. From the moment i spoke to Joe Jacob over the phone to the minute i walked out with my new vehicle, he was absolutely phenominal. I went into dealership knowing I will not be pressured into anything i wasn't comfortable with. Joe delivered exactly what was promised, no suprises at time of signing contract. Very educated, knowledgeable, and made you feel welcomed. This by far THE BEST dealership I've dealt with (and i've been to quite a few). I have never purchased a new vehicle prior to this visit. I have to say that Joe was truly amazing. From the moment we spoke on the phone he made me feel at ease. He took the time to explain absolutely everything to me. Understand, I am an out of state buyer as I am currently living in PA. I had so many questions but he answered each and every one of them. When I came in he took me to the vehicle I had purchased and made sure I was happy with it before signing anything. After all the paperwork was completed we went back to the vehicle and he went over every aspect of the car. Every buttom, every manual in the glove compartment, inspecting tires, programming the blue-tooth, setting up the speed dial on the phone. I mean he is amazing. He should be salesperson of the year. I would recommend Honda of New Rochell to everyone I know who is in the market to purchase a new car - but moreso - I would recommend Joe Jacob to everyone. He even took the time to help me return my rental car to enterprise. I mean who goes out of their way to help an out of state buyer return a rental. He even went with me to enterprise to make sure I would be okay and they would accept it. AMAZING!!!!! ^_^ More

My first time getting service at Honda of New Rochelle. Went to express service building for an oil change on my new odyssey- no appointment needed. Their waiting area was clean, comfortable and included free wi-fi, coffee and tv. My vehicle was ready exactly when they told me it would be. Then, my service advisor, Michael V., reviewed the service report with me. They conducted business the way it should be conducted. I will definately be back for future service to my vehicles. More
Michael is always a professional and this past Saturday 2/23/13, I called to determine if there was a possibility of an oil change for my son's civic. Michael said of course but that it was very busy give 2/23/13, I called to determine if there was a possibility of an oil change for my son's civic. Michael said of course but that it was very busy given that the weather was foul and many people came that day for service, so there would be approx an hour or so wait. I explained that I was on a tight schedule that day because I needed to be in Manahattan before 4:00 and it was already 2:15 when I called. I decided to try anyway and althought they were still so busy, there would be a window for me and some how he was able to make it happen and I was on my way to Manhattan. I really appreciated this effort and he always is so detailed conscience and considerate. More
