I called about a used car and Mr. Kenny put me on hold and made sure the car is still available but when I got to the dealership they told me car was sold. I asked one of the manager when the car was sold and made sure the car is still available but when I got to the dealership they told me car was sold. I asked one of the manager when the car was sold he told me by 11am. I called at 1 pm and I was told by Mr. Kenny that it was available. And I reached to the dealership around 3:30 pm and came to know this is the story. I am not angry that I did not got the car. I am a bit annoyed that they have a very little respect to other people time. Yet they play cheap tricks to get people to the dealership so they can sell just another car. Good luck with that. More

After we negotiated and shook hands on the terms, there were no surprises when I went to sign the actual paperwork. This is something that I value as a customer because I had a bad experience a few weeks before when I thought I had the terms of my deal finalized with a handshake. When it came time to sign the actual paperwork, the pricing didn't reflect what we had discussed and agreed to. I walked away from that deal, and I'm actually glad that I had that experience because it brought me to Joe at New Rochelle Honda who treated me with respect and was upfront with what he was able to do for me. I'm happy to report that Joe was able to help me get the deal done on/at my terms. There was no funny business involved like I had experience at other dealerships. More

Wanted to test drive an Accord. Our Fusion SYNC directed us to the closest Honda dealer - New Rochelle. On a busy Saturday. Got into the cost and numbers with Sajjad, who patiently listened to our requirements and made some really good offers. We left to think about it. Drove an Accord the next day at another dealer who could not come close to the numbers offered by Sajjad. Went back to see Chris and Sajjad and got ourselves a great deal; nobody else could beat it. Picked up the car a couple of days later and with the help of Joe Williams, learned how to use the great features the Accord came with. We had a fun time with Chris, Sajjad and Joe. They know their stuff and are willing to work with you to get the best possible deal. We highly recommend them. More
