I used the express service for my first oil change for a new car purchased in July 2012. I anticipated a long wait, somewhat sub-par waiting area, etc. Instead I found a clean waiting space, service repre new car purchased in July 2012. I anticipated a long wait, somewhat sub-par waiting area, etc. Instead I found a clean waiting space, service representative welcomed me and helped me as I walked in the door, explained the process, etc. I had a service related question and he answered me and said the mechanic would take a look at my clutch as well. It was an easy and painless process and I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Also, the mechanic came out and explained why I was experiencing the clutch issues and this was helpful as well. I will definitely be using this service center for future needs. More

I was 10 minutes late to my annual lease evaluation. Mike said "no problem, happy new year, let's take care of you." He took care of everything that needed to be done while I waited and I was out 20 minutes said "no problem, happy new year, let's take care of you." On December 28, 2012, I took my 2012 Honda Accord to the service department across the street from the Honda of New Rochelle dealership for an oil change. I barely got inside the door, and Mike Vigliotti a service department across the street from the Honda of New Rochelle dealership for an oil change. My car was taken in right away, and Mike explained to me that not only was the oil and filter changed, but my battery was checked along with a multi point inspection on my new car. I was in and out of the place very quickly, giving me the impression that my time was as important as their time. I was referred to this dealership by my daughter who had an excellent experience with the dealership when she purchased her car last year. Then when we sat for over an hour where he taught me everything I needed to know about the car, he again was incredibly patient, calm and never made me feel like I was asking too many questions.
