As a college student who will be commuting daily, I was looking for something affordable and reliable to drive. With that being said, I didn’t know what to expect being this my first time buying a car. I thought that whole “buying a car” process was going to be a hassle for me and my family, but I was completely wrong. Let’s also keep in mind that my parents aren’t fluent with the English language, but Mr. Lartey was more than helpful in explaining each and every detail from the MPG to every single feature in the car slowly so my parents could understand. My parents and I left with every question answered and no questions. I give thanks to him and the Honda of New Rochelle for everything. It sure will not be the last time I go there because before I know it, my sister will be buying a car and I know for sure I’ll be going back to Mr. David Lartey at the Honda of New Rochelle. More
I recently purchased a 2009 Honda Accord when after a few days of driving it I noticed the driver side of the windshield wipers were not working to it's fullest. I phoned the dealership & they advised me to days of driving it I noticed the driver side of the windshield wipers were not working to it's fullest. I phoned the dealership & they advised me to go to the parts department & it would be addressed. In error I drove into the express service department across the street which turned out to be a blessing. Mike Vigliotti was so accommodating, efficient & polite. They looked at the problem, I needed the part which was ordered, phoned me when it was in as Mike said he would. When I got there the work was done so fast. I felt so well taken care of, safety seemed to be of utmost importance to them and my being satisfied with the service. Mike & his whole team there are wonderful and they all seem to work well together. Mike is definitely an asset to Honda and a person who makes you feel like a VIP! Ann Bez More
I was disappointed with the down payment quote given to me by Mo on the Friday before the purchase by Mo. On Saturday the price went up $1,000. Also, the trade-in difference was discussed but wasn't writ me by Mo on the Friday before the purchase by Mo. On Saturday the price went up $1,000. Also, the trade-in difference was discussed but wasn't written on the invoice. I tried several times after leasing the vehicle to contact the sales rep Clariza and Mo without success. My overall experience has been extrememly negative and would not reccomend this dealership to friends or family in the future. More
I want to commend TJ and Luis at Honda Express in New Rochelle. On Thursday evening, when I started my car to drive home from work, the interior lights would not go off when I closed the drivers door an Rochelle. On Thursday evening, when I started my car to drive home from work, the interior lights would not go off when I closed the drivers door and the dashboard icon indicated that the drivers door was open even though it was securely closed. I had to drive home with the lights on and worried that my car battery would be drained if the interior lights could not be turned off. I reached New Rochelle around 6:45pm and drove to the Honda Express center which was still open. Both TJ and Luis came out quickly to evaluate my car. They correctly thought the door sensor was broken and were able to shut the interior lights for me. I was so grateful for their assistance. They were friendly and reassuring and advised me to call the Honda service center across the street in the morning. These two men went beyond the call of duty and asked for nothing in return. You are fortunate to have them on staff. More

Mr Ivan Chavez was of great help to me when I walked into the dealership to look around and then purchase my first Honda. He was patient and answered every question. When I said I don't want to waste your ti the dealership to look around and then purchase my first Honda. He was patient and answered every question. When I said I don't want to waste your time so I'll come back later he stated "you're never wasting my time, go ahead and ask me what you want". He worked with me keeping me positive and got me in the car that I wanted. After the sale he checked to make sure everything was OK and assured me that I could call with any questions. I would return to Mr.Chavez and have referred friends to Honda of New Rochelle to see him. More
In my previous visit with Honda Express, one of the items Mike listed was to watch out for the battery because it was reading low. I left thinking the battery was good until my next visit in the 3 months as planned. Well it was less than 2 or 3 weeks and when I went downstairs to start my car, it was dead. I called AAA ,had the car battery boosted, and went to Honda Express. I was in and out within 20 minutes with a new battery. The workers were extremely fast, friendly and efficient!!!! More
