I was 10 minutes late to my annual lease evaluation. Mike said "no problem, happy new year, let's take care of you." He took care of everything that needed to be done while I waited and I was out 20 minutes said "no problem, happy new year, let's take care of you." On December 28, 2012, I took my 2012 Honda Accord to the service department across the street from the Honda of New Rochelle dealership for an oil change. My car was taken in right away, and Mike explained to me that not only was the oil and filter changed, but my battery was checked along with a multi point inspection on my new car. I was in and out of the place very quickly, giving me the impression that my time was as important as their time. I was referred to this dealership by my daughter who had an excellent experience with the dealership when she purchased her car last year. Then when we sat for over an hour where he taught me everything I needed to know about the car, he again was incredibly patient, calm and never made me feel like I was asking too many questions.
