In my previous visit with Honda Express, one of the items Mike listed was to watch out for the battery because it was reading low. I left thinking the battery was good until my next visit in the 3 months as planned. Well it was less than 2 or 3 weeks and when I went downstairs to start my car, it was dead. I called AAA ,had the car battery boosted, and went to Honda Express. I was in and out within 20 minutes with a new battery. The workers were extremely fast, friendly and efficient!!!! More

I knew exactly which car I wanted and price I wanted to pay - based on a TrueCar quote I had from another dealer that did not exact model/trim/color in inventory. The Honda of New Rochelle shown the car in its on-line inventory. I called Chris, told him exactly what I wanted and struck the deal over the phone - no usual sales BS talk, no presuure. The same night I visited the dealership, all the insurance/DMV paperwork was ready for us, and we driven away in the new Honda after only 30 mins. This was the easiest carbuying experience ever. More
Going through the experience of buying a new car is not the number one thing I like to do but this dealership was so great at hearing my needs and fulfilling them. Worked with Ivan Chavez through the sales process and he tried so hard to make the deal work. He was professional and wanted to make the deal happen. He went to the sales manager (Ritesh Patel) several times to see what could be done. After the 4th or 5th time, Patel came out personally and told me that the numbers I wanted would be very difficult but he would go and see what they can do for me. Keep in mind that I was negotiating for a 2012, because the programs were much better. I was waiting at Ivan's desk and got a call from Patel saying that they can do the deal for a 2013!!! Because they didn't have the color combo I wanted in a 2012. WOW!!! So I walked out with papers signed with the deal I wanted on a 2013 and not a 2012 for the exact car/trim/color combo I wanted....AMAZING!! Sajjad, the finance guru, was extremely courteous and professional. He emailed me with updates and informed me when everything was ready. Going in for the final signing was painless. He worked out an even better deal to help me with some end of lease options. I didn't even ask for it, but he took it upon himself to help me out. No hard selling on extras or warranties. Just an informative quick meeting to sign the rest of the papers. All in all, the best dealership experience I've ever had, and I've had several. Will be referring friends and families looking for a Honda and will be back in the future for sure... More

Joe was by far the best salesman we've worked with throughout our process. He was very friendly and personable right from the start. We told him what kind of car we wanted, and where we were planning throughout our process. He was very friendly and personable right from the start. We told him what kind of car we wanted, and where we were planning on using it and within minutes we were out on the lot (no paperwork, no sales pitch) this was a pleasant surprise since the previous dealer had wanted our social security number before he would even show us the cars. He had great recommendations and instead of walking us through the whole lot he showed us cars that were relevant to us. Throughout the price negotiation Joe handled our stubbornness very well and worked with his managers and us to arrive to a price that made us both happy. He was great with the paperwork, accurate with all the numbers and explained to us everything he was doing throughout the process including why each specific signature was needed. I would highly recommend Joe, he's great to work with, very knowledgable about the cars he's selling and the business and made an otherwise stressful process, frictionless. I would gladly work with Joe in the future. More

I was apprehensive concerning the express but after speaking with Mike he assured me the service was the same. He was very thorough in his recommendations and not pushy!!!.
