I came in after work (dressed in a suit) to look for a '13 Accord Touring. I entered the main front door. Receptionists head down, no greeting. I walked through the showroom looking at every Accord. Nobody greeted me, and nobody even acknowledged me with as much as a hello, a smile, or even eye contact. After 15 minutes, I decided to count.. I passed no fewer than eight employees. A few we're busy with customers, while at least half were sitting in a cubicle or at a table texting with their heads down. I was so frustrated, I left after 20 minutes and I do NOT plan to be back. I'll also be writing a letter to the management of this supposed "award winning" dealer. I don't like being hassled by sales reps but this was quite the opposite treatment. More

Yesterday I purchased a new Honda Civic from New Rochelle Honda. The sales process and the salesman was fine. I did not have a large budget and the salesman helped me find a car I could afford. I did not question the price because it was in my budget. Then came the finance person MO! this is were I was scammed out of $300. Mo said I had to pay the $300 for parts that I did not receive in order to get the .09% interest rate. I did not beleive him. after over 2 hours with Mo trying to sell me the brooklyn bridge of warranties I did not want all of a sudden I had to pay the $300 that appreared from nowhere. I was scammed. I have worked for a bank for over 9 years and did not beleive the pile he was telling me. I thought of just walking away an taking my $4000 deposit with me. I could not find anyone to come and get me and 5 mile was to far to walk. I felt so bad a the end of the sale I drove the car home parked and cried. When in my apartment I took a shower to wash the slim off of me from this terrible experience at Honda New Rochelle. SHAME SHAME on you for taking advantage of a Senior Citizen!! More
