My first dealing was with Noel Samuels. He was very knowledgeable about the used Pilot I was about to purchase. He was friendly,and I felt comfortable dealing with him. I left a 2 thousand dollar depos knowledgeable about the used Pilot I was about to purchase. He was friendly,and I felt comfortable dealing with him. I left a 2 thousand dollar deposit on the car on a Sunday,when I went in on the following monday to finalize the deal and to give a bank check, I was told by Carlos Santana my deposit of 2 thousand dollars would be recredited back to my account.Three days later when I checked my credit card balance it was still there.I went back to see Carlos and was told a mistake must have happenend and it would be resolved.In the mean time we had alot of rain the next couple of days and mysteriously a lot of scratches appeared on the car that were not there prior to the rainfall. When I went back to talk to my sales person about it, he said they were willing to fix some but not all the problems. I explained that I would have never bought this Pilot with the amout of scatches that seemed to appear after the rain. I feel the dealer did something to hide them. I started to feel like I was "taken" by the dealership.I was very disappointed with everything. I brought the car in the next morning to get the hood painted.On wednesday evening I went to pickup the car. The hood looked good. When I got in the truck the CHECK TIRE PRESSURE light was lit. They told me to go to the honda service center up the street and they would fill it. They did and I was on my way. On the tenth day my credit card was finally recredited, But I had to pay the interest on 2000.00 for ten days. The tire pressure went low again in 5 days. When I brought back to service, Mike Vigliotti and his team checked the tire and found a plug in it that was leaking and said I would need a new tire. I explained to him what a terrible experience I had had already and he installed a new tire at no charge. WAY TO GO MIKE. There was now a smile back on my face, just like the very first day I took the car from the lot. More

Its a blast to drive. He helped me go through the process of financing quickly, he also informed me of Honda's first time buyers program. Due to his professionalism Honda now has a customer for life! The dealership was clean and friendly. When you first walk in you get greeted right away and have a salesman over within a minute or two. Overall my experience was fantastic. Chris helped us we were not coming in to buy a new car. We were looking for a used car. We have a special needs child and we had specific needs to be met in thinking about a car. He helped us see buying a new car was a better choice for us. He worked with us in everyway was awesome with my daughter. He made her feel a part of the process which in turn ensured her cooperation for my husband and I to deal with paperwork. I have been in several car dealerships and after this experience I would come back here. I would encourage others to do the same. I couldn't imagine going to another dealership. I thought Joe was very helpful and not pushy. Price quoted was the one I received, no hidden costs and he explained eveything in the paper work and made sure I read and understood everything. No hassle at all they offered some extra packages and explained them and did not push me to buy which I appreciated. Mikal gave me a good rate on the financing and so we bought it the same day. I highly recommend this dealership and Joe as a sales person, very knowledgeable about the cars and services and was helpful answering any questions I had. This is the third car we purchased here and will be back again. More
My husband and I initially had a service appointment for our Pilot to be repaired, but then realized we could take advantage of a buy back offer for leased cars. Our car was just five payments shy of the en our Pilot to be repaired, but then realized we could take advantage of a buy back offer for leased cars. Our car was just five payments shy of the end of its lease agreement and almost over on the mileage, so we made a last minute request that morning to see if we could arrange for the buy back offer and lease the newer model. The service and sales staff reacted very promptly and efficiently that morning. While the repairs were being done, we were able to meet with a sales person to discuss the details of the agreement, test drive the 2012 Pilot, and negotiate the terms of the buyback and new lease agreement. We were happy with the pricing and the attention paid to us that day by our salesperson, Joe Jacob. We also appreciated their patience while we went home to make our final decision. By the end of the day, we walked out of the dealership with a new 2012 Honda Pilot and a very reasonable lease agreement for the next three years. Joe was also very thorough with explaining the new features of the car and the follow up after our purchase. Overall, our experience was a very positive one and we are happy being a customer of this dealership. More
