I loved the express service option.. I was able to get my oil change and tire rotation in under 30 mins... with coffee and donuts after 7:30PM.. If only I knew you guys were also open on Sunday!!!!! Like most people I'm always skeptical when I go to a new car dealer. I had occasion to go to New Rochelle Honda to lease a car for my daughter. I had the good fortune of meeting and dealing with Tony Burr car dealer. I had occasion to go to New Rochelle Honda to lease a car for my daughter. I had the good fortune of meeting and dealing with Tony Burroughs. In addition to being extremely knowlegable he was also sincerely friendly. He was forthright, honest and made the whole car buying experience (my daughter's first car) a pleasant one. Mr. Oceguera is probably the nicest and most helpful Service Person I have ever encountered in all my years of driving! This is the second Honda I have leased from Paul Mecca. He's very knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor. This is my 5th vehicle I have gotten from Honda of New Rochelle and have to say I have nothing negative to say about the dealership,everyone is super nice and always there to help and answer any questions Rochelle and have to say I have nothing negative to say about the dealership,everyone is super nice and always there to help and answer any questions I may have.The last car I got I was helped by Joe Jacob and have to say he was deffinately very helpful in the process,he always called back and answered all my emails even on his day off. He also made sure my car was detailed perfectly when I picked it up and took care of everything.I have also dealt with J.R. for all cars and he is also a pleasure to deal with. I will be gettind another car soon from them and I am sure I will deal with them in the near future. More
