Very Disappointing We have been good customers of this dealership for 16 years, -- buying three cars there and servicing them all there. The car-servicing -- by Bob, Sandi and Jessica in particular -- has been excellent; but the sales side has become truly awful. Between January and February, my wife and I left six messages for Jose Gomez, who never returned a single call. In frustration, I asked to speak with the highest rated salesman, Ivan Chavez, who, after several messages left for him, did at least call me back; but when I tried for two minutes to explain my pique, he literally hung up on me. Finally, with the help of the service department, I at last got a call from a third salesperson, but when I tried to return her call, I got no response. So, despite our respect for the people in the service department, my wife and I went and bought our new car elsewhere More
