Honda at New Rochelle is the best dealer ! I have purchased 4 new cars and this is my first Honda ever. I did my research and decided on the 2019 Pilot. Unfortunately it wasn’t in stock yet. I I have purchased 4 new cars and this is my first Honda ever. I did my research and decided on the 2019 Pilot. Unfortunately it wasn’t in stock yet. I met Ivan Chavez while just looking through the lot by just chance. We met exchanged information and he followed up with me as soon as it was instock. I had the best test drive, and conversation with Ivan. He is extreamly informative and knowledgeable. Once back at the office I was given treated fairly and with respect , no games. This is a first for me while buying a new car. Ivan and I also worked with Ben Thomas, a true gentleman and a wonderful person. I must say, one thing they did very well was build a rapport me.
