Fantastic experience Brought in my CRV for a regular service and slow leak in the tire. The car was taken right in and the source of the leak was found vey quickly. Although they provided a shuttle to take me home, the dealership didn’t reimburse me for self-transportation to return to pick up the car. I told my advisor I think that’s bad policy, since the mechanical issue was not of my doing. So in addition to the inconvenience / time spent dropping off and picking up my car, I also had to lay out $36 for transportation. I think the dealership needs to rethink its policy if it’s truly dedicated to customer service. More

On the pickup day they gave me the car very very dirty on the exterior. 2- Maintenance was perform 2 days later getting a message on the board saying windshield washer fluid low. That means this wasn’t checked. 3- I made a complain about the passenger seatbelt not rolling and this was never Fix More
