Not worth the wait My experience didnt even begin at the dealership. I was a walk in customer, and waited over an hour. One rep told me someone would see me soon, and th My experience didnt even begin at the dealership. I was a walk in customer, and waited over an hour. One rep told me someone would see me soon, and then took another walk in who came in after me. I didnt make a huge fuss, but was embarrassed by the lack of customer service and walked out. I wish things were different but this was the reality of the situation. More

My experience at Honda new Rochelle I came in to Honda of newer shell to get a oil change for my 2016 Honda sport however my oil filters were not covered anymore I went over to the sales I came in to Honda of newer shell to get a oil change for my 2016 Honda sport however my oil filters were not covered anymore I went over to the sales department to speak to a finance manager and I was told that today is a great day for me to get out of my car and get into a new one. while sitting with Brian he made the transition for a new car very smooth after meeting with Brian I then met with Caesar the finance man. Caesar was amazing and made the transition smooth into the new car. he actually gave me free oil filters and all changes for the next 3 years on my new Blue 2018 sport he also lessened my payments by 10 dollars per month. Although the building was burning HOT like an oven,Brian and Ceasar remained cool as Cucumbers and sold me a nice car. More
