Your finance manager Todd should be FIRED! Salesman Mun was excellent, your Financials manger Todd was rude, condescending, harassing and provocative. Spoke to Eric Polston about it and clearly Salesman Mun was excellent, your Financials manger Todd was rude, condescending, harassing and provocative. Spoke to Eric Polston about it and clearly got the impression he wasn’t going to do anything, saying “ the customer is NOT always right “. Also the car I test drove and agreed to buy was switched halfway through the process, I was told by Mr Todd that it was “identical “ to it except for the “vin and tint “ which they would install on my schedule. Upon getting the second car home I discovered it was NOT “identical “ as the trim around the fog lights is black instead of sliver as the first Civic I agreed too. More
