She also had accomplished a small detailing task that I was sure any other sales rep would have forgotten on not bothered with. 2.5 hour oil change Two issues 1st, I showed up for a scheduled oil change at 9:20. I didn't get out until noon. 2 hour oil change and then no one told me my car was re Two issues 1st, I showed up for a scheduled oil change at 9:20. I didn't get out until noon. 2 hour oil change and then no one told me my car was ready after car wash. 2nd, I had my key fob put together with a rubber band. Battery was not connecting so I need to manually press the battery to get it to work. My husband was going to fix it that evening. I asked the adviser to please make sure my key fob was not put back together. I stress that this was important to me because I will need to take the fob apart again the next time I start my car. Well I get my car and fob is locked back together. Car won't start at my next errand and I have to open it up again. Of course now the inside is broke in pieces and now I need to replace rather than fix. Otherwise the advisor was friendly, the waiting area was nice and I appreciated the car wash. More
