Michael Moore gave me an exact cost to get the service completed (oil change, tire rotation, and new wiper blades) and it was correct to the penny. No surprises! The service time was as expected for a Saturday morning- about one hour. The vehicle was returned clean and I am satisfied. I am glad that I was treated so well even though we did not buy our vehicle from this dealer. More
