I had to do a lot on my own and had to contact the staff. I've never waited 3 hours at the credit union to get all paperwork faxed in but I understand the GM was at a all day meeting. I trade a lot and this was the first time all paperwork wasn't ready for me to sign when I arrived. I'm almost literally in and out of there. The dealership did bring the Jeep closer to me and had a person come to where we were to notarize the paperwork. I just have a chaotic schedule with work, kids and an invalid parent so I just don't have time to wait around. I do appreciate Jules reducing the price of the Jeep as the internet price did come down some the day before I purchased. I was pleased with the Jeep, there were a few minor cosmetic things I would have liked the dealership to have done but I guess that's the disadvantage of buying out of state. More
