Honda of Newnan responded quickly and sent a quote via email. I shopped at two other dealers in person before making the drive to Newnan. Neither of the others were as transparent, and one even tried to give me the guilt trip about how much money they would be losing on the car if they sold it for what I was asking. Before I even left the house to drive to Newnan (which was substantially farther than the others) I had a quote for a better price and estimated range of what I would receive for my trade-in. I showed up at the lot in Newnan and was met right away by my sales consultant, Stefan. He took the vehicle I had brought to trade and came back in less than twenty-minutes with a value that was in the range of what we had discussed via email. We sat down to talk drive-off pricing and came to an agreement within minutes...no games, no talk of how much money he was losing, just a straightforward discussion. From the time I showed up at the lot until the time I drove away in my new vehicle was right at three hours (a record for me). All of the employees that I encountered were extremely courteous and helpful, and there were no surprises when it came time to pay. For me, the transparent pricing speaks volumes. In the end, I got my car for a lower price than the other dealers, with a better trade-in than the other dealers, without the hassle. At some point throughout the process, I worked with Shajuan, Stefan, Katie, and Rob. I would highly recommend them and Honda of Newnan as a whole to anybody in the market for a new car! More
