We are in the middle of a Pandemic and none of the employees were practicing social distancing, nor wearing mask. No visible sanitizer. I was highly disappointed. I witnessed approximately 6-8 employe employees were practicing social distancing, nor wearing mask. No visible sanitizer. I was highly disappointed. I witnessed approximately 6-8 employees in a room and all parties were in very close proximity. I expressed my concerns. The finance representative stated is was really impossible for them to practice social distancing. When it was time to do my paperwork, the finance representative was sniffing and periodally touching her nose. I said to her you must get a mask and we cannot close the door. She seemed to be offended, oh well this Pandemic is real. My dad is in the hospital and has been since April 1. I take this seriously. I was floored by the fact that I witnessed employees and customers interacting very closely and going in and out with no mask, no hand washing. My husband refused to come inside due to the reckless behavior. Jose provided great customer service, however; he was forced to practice social distancing by my request. I am appalled. More
