Sales staff were punctual but were not straightforward about pricing and financing details before we were in the dealership. Car I purchased had a bad battery that I was not informed about until I waited about pricing and financing details before we were in the dealership. Car I purchased had a bad battery that I was not informed about until I waited 30 minutes for staff to try to fix it. Service department was not open so the dealership's only option for me was to reimburse me with a check in the mail which they could not give me a date on, so I am out money for the time being.
