Once that was done, we had another great experience with Uri in the Finance department. Everything was handled quickly and professionally. After that, we were ready to go, but not before Mun spent more time with us to make sure my wife and I were familiar with many the features and helped us set up some of them. Sales staff were punctual but were not straightforward about pricing and financing details before we were in the dealership. Car I purchased had a bad battery that I was not informed about until I waited about pricing and financing details before we were in the dealership. Service department was not open so the dealership's only option for me was to reimburse me with a check in the mail which they could not give me a date on, so I am out money for the time being. We purchased outright and had no interest in financing the sale yet still had to wait thirty minutes to see the finance manager before the sale could be finalized.
