Could tell we didn't need extras and we knew what we wanted so he didn't push extras or waste time. We dealt with Uri for the financial part of it and he was the same way. Got us out of there like we wanted and was straight forward. The whole process took 2 1/2 hrs, which my husband felt could be much shorter but we were pleased with the experience. More

Average Service I bought my car on Thursday 12/26 I had a flat tire on Friday 12/27 which ended up costing me $240. Tire shop told me the tread was low and should hav I bought my car on Thursday 12/26 I had a flat tire on Friday 12/27 which ended up costing me $240. Tire shop told me the tread was low and should have been replaced before I purchased. Wish I had been told this so a new tire could have been put on before I purchased the car or the price should have been reduced. As a cherry on top of this situation, I received a phone call from Honda of Newnan the same day my tire went flat asking how my experience went, I told the guy about the tire he said he would speak with the GM and get back with me. I still haven't received that call back. Customer service is a joke if you don't follow through with what you say. Definitely wont be recommending. Update: I was contacted the same day I wrote this review by Tracy. He was kind and apologetic about my tire and for not following up, however his solution from the GM was to bring the car in for an "inspection". He also asked for a copy of the invoice showing where I bought the tire (as if he was going to make things right). I sent the invoice and followed up by asking why the car needed to be inspected again when I just bought the car and explained that this was an inconvenience for me since I work out of state. He didn't have an answer for that. Obviously, I wouldn't have bought a tire ONE day after buying the car unless there was an issue with it when it was sold to me, DUH. I told him I would leave my review in tact unless I was offered a refund for my tire. I take it that their reputation isn't work $240 so that should tell you something. Buyer beware- Go somewhere with better customer service! More
