I'm a happy buyer & satisfied customer I had done lots of homework before I entered the dealership. I knew I wanted the CR-V EX-L and had a list of questions to ask. My sales associate, Brittney Jones, was open and honest with all her answers. She made a great first impression and respected my wish to not be pressured into a quick purchase. My trust in her made me favor this dealership over any other. Thurman Lee also helped with my purchase, was very kind and went "above and beyond" to get me exactly the car and color I wanted. My only suggestion for improvement would be to verify the "trim" of the car on which you give a quote. I was mistakenly sent a quote for a lower trim level, did not catch the mistake but got fixated on that lower price. More

I felt very pressured to make my decision quickly and many times felt as if my questions were a bother rather than sincerely wanting me to be confident in my purchase. I was also super surprised the dealership didn’t fill the tank up before I drove off with the car, normally that’s a standard. Overall a pretty decent experience. More
