We recently got approved for a used car at this dealership, and while we were still deciding, both the finance agent and salesperson congratulated us and shook our hands — which felt a bit prematur dealership, and while we were still deciding, both the finance agent and salesperson congratulated us and shook our hands — which felt a bit premature and pressured. Right before signing the papers, we found out (only because my husband asked) that the car had a minor accident history — something the salesperson never mentioned. On top of that, the sun visor and back seatbelt were broken, which was also not disclosed. We’re really disappointed with the lack of transparency and the way the salesperson handled things. We expected honesty and full disclosure, especially when it comes to safety issues and accident history. This experience made us lose trust in the dealership. More
