Customer service My battery had died. After a jump start, my anti-theft light came on and my radio didn't work. I was extremely irritated. I had to waste time and gas, My battery had died. After a jump start, my anti-theft light came on and my radio didn't work. I was extremely irritated. I had to waste time and gas, recharging my battery with no radio for a distraction. The owners manual wasn't helpfuf since I wasn't given a code card, (Page 218) nor was my radio prompting me to enter a code. I entered the 'sales room', fully expecting to be sent to the service department. That just fueled my irritation. I met James there and explained my situation. I know he could tell how irritated I was, but he didn't blink an eye. (Talk about calm under pressure.) He might have wished to be any where than there with me, but I would never have known. There was a bitterly cold wind blowing, and he was calmly looking through my'stuff' trying to help me. And he did. He truly deserves 5 stars. I bought my CRV at your dealership 6 years ago. Right now I have 8670 miles on my car. When I trade it in, I'll ask for James. More

Frank Ancona Honda is great...James Trotter is a key reason! Our family has already great experiences with Honda vehicles --- Civic Hatchback (many years ago), two Honda Ridgelines, and a Honda Pilot. With my Our family has already great experiences with Honda vehicles --- Civic Hatchback (many years ago), two Honda Ridgelines, and a Honda Pilot. With my oldest child now at driving age, we made our 2007 Honda Ridgeline his car for now because it has been so reliable and just feels safe and solid. This meant we needed to get a new car for my wife (as I was going to drive her Pilot). We were looking for a small SUV and wanted AWD (all-wheel drive). Honestly, we were planning to buy a Subaru, but since we liked Hondas we thought we would take a look there as well. And Nissan. And Ford. Basically, we made the rounds to find what we liked best. There are three reasons we decided to get a Honda CRV AWD. First, and foremost, was the salesperson James Trotter. He was so attentive, truly wanted to know our needs, and made us feel welcome despite our intent to look elsewhere. If it wasn't for James, and being so open and honest and friendly, we likely would have bought elsewhere...not just a different dealer, but a different make entirely. We liked some of the other vehicles, but we enjoyed working with James. Second was the deal that Honda provided. For Honda reliability, the AWD performance of the CRV, the styling and details, the price we got from Honda allowed us to afford more. We liked the Subaru and Nissan options, but we felt we got more car (and proven reliability) with our Honda CRV. Third was Frank Ancona Honda. Everyone welcomes you. No one fights over you. You don't feel like a target. Even the financing process, which used to be excruciatingly long at every dealer, was made a unique and quick experience with a Skype-connected finance manager and everything (EVERYTHING!) automated. So cool. So fast. So, just a little icing on the cake. Once my son had my Ridgeline and my wife had her CRV, I realized I really didn't enjoy the Pilot. I had a long commute and just didn't need all that. Who did we call? James Trotter. Told him we were thinking about getting rid of the Pilot and he came up with a 2012 Honda Civic sedan that was perfect for me. One great salesperson. A really good dealership. Honda performance. And they sold us two cars in less than two weeks as a result. More

The Honda Certification and Extended Warranty made me comfortable that I was purchasing a solid vehicle requiring a minimum of service for many years to come. The Sale staff was very accomodating and the review of all details and signed forms was excellent. This is my 3rd Honda/Acura purchase & I did not want to work with any other dealership.
