If i could give zero stars i would. This was the absolute WORST experience buying a vehicle from Honda of Owings Mills. I purchased my car as a birthday gift to myself back in March & t This was the absolute WORST experience buying a vehicle from Honda of Owings Mills. I purchased my car as a birthday gift to myself back in March & the following day after purchasing a BRAND NEW 2025 HR-V i noticed a paint defect on my driver side bumper. I brought the vehicle back in the next day after speaking with my sales men Breyion & was told the vehicle would be painted to fix the issue, I advised that since it is the following day after the purchase to swap out my vehicle for a new one due to the matter being a manufacture defect. I was then given the run around about how i couldn’t do that. The vehicle was taken in to be painted, i received the vehicle back 3 days later & the paint did not match, the vehicle was taken in for the second time to be painted yet again fast forward to picking up the vehicle the paint did not match for the SECOND TIME!! My vehicle has been sitting for almost 2 weeks and i was told it would be going to the Honda body shop a brand new vehicle already being taken to a body shop is out of this world!! Fast forward to today MAY 7th I received a texted saying they are trying to get approval to replace the whole part, I called & spoke with a sales rep for clarification & he said they received the vehicle back and the paint for the 3rd time is still not matching after getting this information i asked for a manger and was unsuccessful. I did not buy a brand new vehicle off the lot for it to be sitting in the shop since i got it & they still expect for you to pay a payment on a vehicle that has been sitting Honda of Owings Mills obviously isn’t capable of fixing the vehicle properly and need to replace my car. The customer service at this establishment is HORRIBLE & they do not care about their customers the salesmen Breyion verbally stated to me “ I don’t care about no review “ when i advised i will be putting in a review about my experience you should NEVER let your customer know you don’t care Very unprofessional. The service manager Brian is unprofessional as well while on the phone speaking to a service rep who was very nice he didn’t know that she did not have me on hold or mute and stated out of his mouth “ just transfer her to my line, it’s going to go to voicemail anyways “ The mangers at this location are insensitive, don’t answer the phone i have called time after time and have been given the run around and in fact at one point they transferred me to a whole different establishment. It’s a shame that the young man from across the street that works at the pre owned honda did a better job then my ACTUAL salesmen & the General sales manger who’s communication is horrible i haven't heard from anyone in reference to my car in over a week! The lack of communication is ridiculous especially for a situation like this that is not on the customer. The General sales manger Aza had the nerve to offer me all weather mats and service credits the least he could have done was my give my down payment back, pay my first payment SOMETHING or actually tend to my situation and concerns properly, he was not apologetic about this matter and has not fixed my issue as well as pretending like he isn’t at work for the day to be able to speak with me in regards to my situation. I would not be so upset about this situation if i was actually being handled accordingly. This is unacceptable and unprofessional, Honda of Owings Mills has completely taken of advantage of me.The fact that my vehicle has to keep getting repainted is depreciating the value of my car which causes me issues in the further if i ever were to trade in the vehicle. This is a MAJOR inconvenience just give me a new car or you’ll will keep hearing from me & Along with my lawyer. You would think i’m dealing with a side dealership and not the actual dealership it’s self. STAY AWAY! More

It was impressive. Mitchell was attentive. Made sure I was comfortable for what was reported as a 4hr procedure, and didn't take as long. Told me of availabilities fo Mitchell was attentive. I would recommend this dealership on the merits of their employees making themselves visible and attentive to current and possible car owners. More
