Stellar customer service. Needed a new battery. I was in and out in a few hours. With a shuttle ride back to my home after dropping off. So convenient. They also added air to Needed a new battery. I had a great experience buying my car from Kendric (? sp) Even more important to me is the service department. I prefer to deal with Josh S. I am dissapointed in today's service. Started at the beginning with Cynthia, whom was rude and unprofessional not willing to help. Then I was charged for services (rotation of tires) that Started at the beginning with Cynthia, whom was rude and unprofessional not willing to help. Then I was charged for services (rotation of tires) that weren't completed. I noticed once I got my car back and checked my tires, I went back to Cynthia and let her know that rotation hadn't been completed and I had been charged for it. She didn't even apologize or say anything. I then went looking for the manager to let them know of the issue. Thankfully he was at the door and I asked if I could speak with him (not knowing it was him). He was the only one to take any action on the situation. He apologized for what happened and assured me that he will go talk to technician and Cynthia. Cynthia then said that they couldn't find the lock key, but nobody ever came to let me know. She wasn't helpful at all! I waited 2 hrs and finally rotated my tired because I was on top of it! I always have had a great experience here, it's a shame that it wasn't today. I know Josh would have taken care of me, like he has in the past. He is currently on vacation, in the future I will ONLY be dealing with him as my service advisor. More
