While taking my car to the Honda of Owings Mills may not have been as fast as taking it to Jiffylube or Firestone, my experience was leagues above. I arrived 15 minutes early to my appointment time and they have been as fast as taking it to Jiffylube or Firestone, my experience was leagues above. I arrived 15 minutes early to my appointment time and they took my car right away. They were on top of communicating with me as I sat in their waiting area, didn't try to pressure me on some of the extras they found while doing my oil, transmission, and tire rotation - which is much appreciated. I was always told by my parents to never go to the dealer, that they would overcharge, but my experience couldn't have been further from that. Not only did they do it for $100 less than their competitors, they were able to do it with a much nicer tone :) My service advisor, Ellery Queen, might have just been one of the best advisors I've ever had the pleasure of speaking with. He made sure the technicians looked at the things I had asked about, apologized continously (even though he didn't need too!) when it took a little longer than expected, and was extremely kind and professional. He didn't nickel and dime me on the price, and it came out to exactly what I was quoted :) If and when I return to Honda of Owings Mill, I will be requesting Ellery. More
