Needed the mandatory recall for air bags. Made an appointment for 10 am on 27-Apr-2026 at Honda Owings Mills (Maryland USA). The service agent said it will be 2.5 hours. Why bother making an appointment if it still needs 4 hours to update a software fix? Horrible service. Seems everyone is waiting for 3-4 hours minimum. Looks like a trend and not an exception. Eventually they were not able to complete the fix as well. So 4 hours wasted in the dealership without any result. More
