Long time honda driver scores well, with John helping out. I have been driving Hondas since 1987 except for 1 year with a used Mazda 626(bad choice) and you can read that as only as two cars for 29 years of dr I have been driving Hondas since 1987 except for 1 year with a used Mazda 626(bad choice) and you can read that as only as two cars for 29 years of driving time and about 470,000 miles. I have been having my car serviced at Northwest Honda since about 1993 and have been verrrry satisfied with the organization and treatment we have had in our servicing and shopping at the dealership. Recently I was in the market for a new car and I came back into NW for a look around. I worked it down over time to a couple of choices. I was asked if I could be helped and I was turned over to John Waugh. After some discussions, we started going over some background information and realized that John and my son had gone to high school together. Though John is on the younger side, we communicated easily and came to an agreement on a new 2014 civic Hybrid. John was very conscientious about my needs and our dealings. He followed up when we agreed and kept looking for what I wanted as long as I needed him to do so before we came to an agreement. I guess that we can continue to look ahead to another decade + more in coming to NW Honda (I am sure the owner and service teams will be happy to see us down the road). Northwest Honda and John Waugh...... GOOD COMBINATION. HIs desk is right as you walk in on the showroom side door near the service entrance. Thanks John. More

Checking into a new car while waiting for Service While visiting the dealership with a friend who had a Honda service repair, we met a great salesman, Jonathan Waugh, who tried to get my friend to up While visiting the dealership with a friend who had a Honda service repair, we met a great salesman, Jonathan Waugh, who tried to get my friend to upgrade the car on our request. John was very knowledgeable, honest, and friendly. My friend's Honda needed a heater fan. While waiting, John helped my friend to find a car that was just right, but it took two days to find out that the car did not fit the present budget. John was great , but the process was too long, just to see if a car fit your budget range. I tried to get them to do the paperwork faster and to another car while waiting. Jonathan did help my friend to get the repair cost reduced because the car repair warranty was not in the Service Department computer. and my friend was charged and paid the full repair cost which was covered under warranty. Thank you Jonathan W. for solving the repair problem and for trying to help my friend to get another Northwest Honda car. Mike Thompson was great because he did the paper work to reduce the repair cost. Jonathan and Mike is why I would buy a Northwest Honda. More
