Northwest Honda Customers be cautious purchasing cars from Northwest Honda of Owings Mills. You will not obtain good service after you leave the lot. Northwest Honda of Owings Mills is only interested in their profits. They do not stand by the service agreement they sell and do not claim any ownership. Referring to the Millennium Tire Service Contract purchased at Northwest Honda of Owings Mills for $1,800 to cover tires for life. Lost $300 on the agreement one month after the purchase of my car and was not able to use the issued certificate at 100%. It was only available for $300 at a time so changing all four tires was not an option. Had to pay out of pocket or change two tires and come back in a month to change the other two tires. Northwest Honda of Owings Mills does not stand by the products they sell. You will be on your own after the purchase is processed. After purchasing two cars at Northwest Honda of Owings Mills, I am very dissatisfied in the service and customer satisfaction. As of 9/18/14 Yes, Northwest Honda says they have to follow the law after they have collected $1,800 and only provided a voucher in the value of $1,500 that could not be used to replace one set of tires because of the $300 limit per service. This is in exchange of life-time tire program sold by Northwest Honda. Also, they were not able to apply the remaining amount of my voucher ($150) in September, after I had my car checked in April for the same problem. To provide more detail on my experience, I have taken my car for service in April of this year for brake problem, and was told that there is a little rust on the pads, and it will wear off with driving. The problem did not go away, but it got worst. I do not drive much. In September, the front pads were changed and front rotors resurfaced with a brake fluid flush at 77K miles for $419. It appears the problem is fixed. Why was this not done in April? Was it because the Millennium warranty was still valid? In addition, the break problem has been ongoing since June of 2010. In 2010, Northwest Honda changed my rear pads. Two year later in April 2012, the rear pads were changed again. Very strange that the rear pads would wear out twice before the front pads, but I was told it will fix the braking problem. The problem was not fixed. More
