I went to Northwest Honda in February 2013 with the intention of purchasing a used vehicle. Prior to arriving I had reviewed the vehicle inventory so I knew what to expect. I might add that my finance person, Mr. Robert Lashley, was exceptional. He was straight-forward and worked to get me financed on my terms. I have since then referred two other people who also had great car-buying experiences too. More

I bought a 2009 Nissan Altima from NW Honda about 2 weeks ago. The listing on sites like cars.com and the dealer site where very accurate and helpful. I had asked about the vehicle online and received a quick response from the used car sales manager, Billy Collins. He connected me with Ty Hammonds as a sales rep. Ty is a very friendly, service-oriented and professional salesman. Very responsive to my questions both prior to and importantly, after the sale. Overall, the sales process was straight-forward; no tricks or gimmicks. I explained my situation, trade, etc. and we were able to come to a fair deal. They are even working to help me out with transfer of title (I am from PA) so I can keep my existing tags. The vehicle is missing a set of keys which they thought they might be able to track down. However, once they confirmed they couldn't locate, they offered to reimburse my expense of getting a new key FOB (not cheap these days). NW Honda is clearly a professional, reputable car dealer. They are focused not only on a closing a sale, but also ensuring you leave as a satisfied customer. From the wash and and full gas tank to the prompt follow up and issue resolution AFTER the sale, I would wholeheartedly recommend NW Honda to any prospective used car buyer!! More

I entered this dealership with the intention that I was I entered this dealership with the intention that I was simply looking for a future vehicle. The sales specialist Mr. Lamont Sheppard and finance manager Rachel were the best sales specialist I have ever met, I had previously visited two other popular dealerships and the reception was not pleasing, however Mr. sheppard listened to my concerns on what i wanted, why i wanted them and he met my demands.. i was shocked b/c this was my very first purchase of a used vehicle and they even took my trade of a 96 Nissan quest.. that really amazed me... I cant enuff about this dealership..they were a God sent and I would recommend them again.. This was a wonderful experience from start to finish. I came into the dealership after finding the car that I wanted online. I didn't have money to put down for my dream car but that didn't stop this deal, the Finance Manager Robert Lashley understood my need and also workout a phenominal deal for me with a low interest rate & payments I can afford. I didn't feel taken advantage of just because I was a women. It took a little over 2 hrs and I rode away in my DREAM CAR thanks to Larry & Robert team Dynamite!!!!! Larry Brooks was a great person to work with when purchasing my car. I felt no pressure to purchase a vehicle and Larry takes pride in having that approach. I walked in there with little to no money down and a first time buyer.
