However, when i got the buyer's order the dealer (Daryl) added a whole lot of accessories without my knowledge and the final amount was $23,268. Once, I brought to his attention, he started screaming saying he explained to me about the accessories. In fact I remember saying that we will honor the internet price and not charge for accessories as I already told him that i was getting a cheaper price elsewhere. Daryl is the most unprofessional person i have ever seen. In fact he made it sound like I wasted his time and made him stay late when the fact was that it took him 3 hours to prepare the buyer's order. I would not recommend this dealer unless you think you want to get cheated. More

I spent months talking with dealerships trying to find one that would sell me a Honda Odyssey for a price I was willing to pay. I contacted Northwest Honda by email and Ray McLaughin replied. I sent him one that would sell me a Honda Odyssey for a price I was willing to pay. I contacted Northwest Honda by email and Ray McLaughin replied. I sent him a quote from another dealer and asked if he could beat it. He quickly emailed me back stating he could beat my quote from another dealer. I told him I had just had twins that were born premature and were currently in the nicu. I didn't have time to spend at the dealership haggling over extras and spending time on paperwork. I needed to be in an out as quickly as possible so I could get back to the hospital to spend time with my babies. Ray told me no problem and he was true to his word. When I showed up at the dealership he had my Honda Odyssey already being detailed and was working on the paperwork so I could get out the door as fast as possible. It took us maybe an hour total from the time we walked in the door to when we drove off the lot and the only reason it took that long was the dealership was without power from a thunderstorm the night before. If they wouldn't have been running off of a generator with minimal computers being able to run we would have been out much much sooner. There were no surprises and everything was done before we showed up on the lot. Ray apologised over and over that it was taking longer then it should and that the power was out. All of the staff we encountered at Northwest was friendly. I've been to every Honda dealership in the area and Northwest Honda is the ONLY one I would recommend anyone deal with! I wish I would have saved myself the time and headache and started my search with Ray and Northwest Honda. More
I had a great experience with Larry Brooks. We drove from the Eastern Shore of MD and he was very accomodating. He also offered to play cartoons for our young son and even gave him a balloon to play with whi the Eastern Shore of MD and he was very accomodating. TJ Erikson is a great car salesmen. He is very friendly and assures customer satisfaction. I have had a few close experiences with him since purchase of my car in October 2011. The entire dealer ship staff and assures customer satisfaction. I have had a few close experiences with him since purchase of my car in October 2011. The entire dealer ship staff works very hard to ensure that customers are satisfied with their service. They are also very flexible in working with customers schedules and will do as much as possible to fit the needs of the customer. I would definitely reccommend him to others. More
I went to North West Honda looking for a lease on a Honda Accord they had. Jim Fish in Sales was patient while we went through all the details, and explained the features and the car characteristics. After c Accord they had. Jim Fish in Sales was patient while we went through all the details, and explained the features and the car characteristics. After considering several options, I decided to buy a 2012 Honda Civic-LX. Jim Fish helped me setup financing and tried different options to get me financed, and he was very patient with me mean while I was taken my time to decide on it. Jim was prompt to answer my calls; I recommend the dealership for their professional and courteous manner. Ask for Jim Fish… we need to go back to root and deal with people who knows how to treat people and not just to take economic advantages of a situation…….. More
Rob was professional and "knows" the customer which is a sign of a great salesman. I had already done my "research" and decided that I wanted a Honda CR-V AWD EX-L. I knew which vehicles they h which is a sign of a great salesman. I had already done my "research" and decided that I wanted a Honda CR-V AWD EX-L. I knew which vehicles they had on the lot and expressed the colors that would be satisfactory to me. Rob already surmised I was "shopping around". He came back with a "drive off the lot" price that I knew was fair (because I had done my research) and couldn't walk away from purchasing. Although the bottom line for me was price, I really wanted a dealership that was not "too far out of my way" so that I could return and take advantage of their service department. Overall, I was pleased. More
I just bought a new 2012 Honda Fit and had an excellent buying experience. I started off my search by emailing a number of different dealers asking for "On the Road" prices. Rob Pullo from NW Honda gave buying experience. I started off my search by emailing a number of different dealers asking for "On the Road" prices. Rob Pullo from NW Honda gave one of the better offers, and was good about adding in all the prices, taxes, and fees so there wouldn't be any surprises. After a bit of back and forth emailing, he dropped the price a bit more. It wasn't the best price offered by the other dealers but it was definitely close. But when I tried to confirm with the other dealers that there would be a car waiting on the lot at the price we had agreed via email, the other dealers got all shifty, refusing to promise that a car would actually be there. So I called Rob at NW instead. He told me which cars were available, and offered to pull aside the one in my preferred color so that it would be sure to be there when I arrived. A quick test drive, a bit of polite chatting, and I signed the check and a few papers, and was out of there. None of the car-buying nightmares some folks have. A few thoughts: -I had already researched the price on Edmunds, and other sites, and by emailing other dealers. My aim wasn't to get some amazing low price by grinding down the dealer with arguments (does that ever work?). Instead I wanted to know I had a fair price, that was on the low end of the spectrum, and that I wasn't getting "screwed." I felt that what I got was quite fair. -I did all negotiation in advance via email. So there was no real back and forth when I got there. I was sure to ask about On the Road prices, so that I didn't get suprised by the inevitable taxes, tag fees, etc. (In maryland, these are pretty high) -My trade in wasn't really a factor, so there was no haggling there. (an old old car that I'll probably sell myself or give to charity) -I had already arranged financing elsewhere so that there was no arguing over monthly payments, etc. One suggestion: The person who greeted us at the door, was perfectly polite and friendly, but didn't seem to quickly know how to find Rob when we arrived. It seems that this person should have all of the sales staff phone numbers on speed dial on his cell phone (rather than going to a desk and shuffling through papers as he did). Again, not a complaint, but rather a suggestion. Overall quite happy. More
I was so impressed with our car-buying experience at Northwest -- no annoying haggling, no sales pitches, just plain easy to deal with. Our overall experience was not Great because when we were notified that our car was in we were pressured into coming out immediately, without any prior notice so that we could schedule. notified that our car was in we were pressured into coming out immediately, without any prior notice so that we could schedule.
