The above-mentioned employees (along with whoever else I came in contact with at this dealership) treated me better than I had ever been treated while buying a car. Not only were they very courteous, they came in contact with at this dealership) treated me better than I had ever been treated while buying a car. Not only were they very courteous, they went over and beyond in dealing with my slight disablilty. The price I was offered (the first price) was beyond my expectation and the trade in value put on my vehicle was more than fair. I was so very satisfied I returned two days later and purchased another vehicle and insisted I deal with the same employees. I am in my late 60s so I don't know how many more vehicles I may be in need of, but rest assured if there are any, they will be purchased at Northwest Honda. I intend to refer all I come in contact with who may be looking to buy a vehicle to forsake all other dealers. I also would like to mention that I had been to other dealerships before going to Northwest Honda; rest-assured in the future Northwest will be the first and only dealership I frequent. More
I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in the future. The customer service provided by Phil helped to make up for some of the mistakes though. After we purchased the vehicle, we were contacte the future. The customer service provided by Phil helped to make up for some of the mistakes though. After we purchased the vehicle, we were contacted 3 times afterwards for different mistakes (wrong tags). Not huge issues, but curious why this things were looked over. Overall, great experience except being there over 7 hours without eating. Poor planning on us I guess! (Bring a snack!) Generally positive experience. Thanks to Phil for helping us out! More
"We're a high-volume dealership," they told me when I called about a 2005 Jaguar X-Type. And that proved to be true as they treated me as a number ... despite driving for seven hours round-trip t when I called about a 2005 Jaguar X-Type. And that proved to be true as they treated me as a number ... despite driving for seven hours round-trip the next day to view and purchase the vehicle. I was told that they'd handle all the registrations and "paperwork" with the Virginia DMV, as well as that they'd reimburse me for any repairs to the brakes (which I knew were needed but the salesman vehemently denied) that the authorized me (in writing) to have done locally. A week later, I get lots of "thank you" emails from the used car manager, urging me to contact him if I experience any problems. That I did ... along with me salesman. Neither have replied to numerous emails I sent, inquiring about the status of my vehicle's registration and repairs. And while the used car manager put me on hold when I called, transferring me to my salesperson, I received a rude and nasty tongue lashing. This is not the way I -- or you -- want to be treated by a car dealership! If you want to be no more than a number, then consider dealing with Northwest Honda. If, however, you want personalized and courteous attention -- before, during, and after the sale -- then I recommend you go elsewhere! More
